Special thank you to Classic Fireplace for the follow up with an issue we were having with our fireplace. Service Tech Matt was awesome. Very informative and explained everything to me so that I understood what the issue was and what steps would be taken to correct it. He was very polite, informative and understood my concern and worked to resolve it. After completing everything Matt reassured me that the gas fireplace was in perfect working order and I really appreciated that confidence which eased my mind. Thank you again for the excellent job, Matt is definitely an asset to your company.

We scheduled a service call for our recently installed gas fireplace because the flame was small and blue, even at the max setting on the remote control. Your service technician (Matt) arrived the next afternoon. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Matt gave the fireplace a thorough inspection and then adjusted the gas-air mix (with a CO monitor in service throughout). As a result the flame is now a nice warm orange colour and much more responsive to the remote control. Great job - thanks!

Classic Fireplace and BBQ has the most kind and generous employees. Edward and Terry were amazing with educating me on the Big Green Egg for my partner. Their enthusiasm was infectious and made for a wonderful surprise. I was originally speaking with Bruce who sold me on the unit I now have. Because of the employees, purchasing the Big Green Egg made me feel like I was a part of the community. I have shared their cards with a few friends who are interested in Big Green Egg products. I can't speak more highly of this experience. My partner and I are looking forward to using it and will stop in to say hi and share our excitement with the staff next time we are over that way.

I got my fireplace cleaned today. It was not starting easily and the Glass looked like it was heavily frosted it was so dirty. I booked my appointment with Karen (Thanks Karen for your help). Matt showed up at the promised time and got to work immediately. He diagnosed and explained why my fireplace would only start sporadically and so we agreed to replace a faulty component for a very reasonable price. Matt worked diligently cleaning and fixing, (while I worked at my desk 20 feet away) and he completed the work. My fireplace is Night and Day. It starts instantly and it really looks like a brand new fireplace. I honestly couldn't be happier and I'm very happy with Matt who was very pleasant ... a Great Guy!

Matt was highly professional and thorough, ensuring the fireplace was serviced efficiently and safely. They took the time to explain the maintenance process and provided helpful tips for proper care and longevity. Also very respectful by placing a tarp when servicing to limit the amount of debris falling on my carpet.
