I could not be happier with the service I received from Classic Fireplace!
I recently purchased my first home and it came with a wood fireplace that I wanted to convert into an airtight. My wife and I looked up various stores in our area and begin going in to see what they had to offer and what the price point would be.
The first three places we walked into started selling us on higher end airtights while barely asking us any questions about the room it would be installed in. It was just a big sales pitch trying to get us to spend as much as possible.
Edward at Classic Fireplace was different. He let us look around the store and asked us to get an idea of what we thought we wanted. When we had a few that we liked, he asked questions to understand the size of the room the fireplace was located in, the layout of our home, where the air intakes are for our HVAC, etc.
He actually talked us into a less expensive airtight because it would better fit the size of our existing fireplace opening, not overheat the room, and provide us with the best bang for our buck! There was no sales pitch with him, just an honest conversation and my wife and I both felt like he truly wanted what would be best for our home and not just what was best for his bottom line.
Now that it's been installed (which was also a painless experience!), we're beyond happy with it! It's perfect and we could not have asked for a better addition to our home!
If you're in the market for a new or updated fireplace, I would definitely suggest talking to Edward! I'm already trying to talk my wife into letting me get a new BBQ from him in the spring!

EDIT: Once again Classic Fireplace & Barbecue has EXCEEDED my expectations! After 1 month of trying to get in touch with Napoleon for a new part with no luck, I resorted to talking to the trusted Sales Rep, Bruce who mentioned he can order the part that I need with no problem. Got it in a more than reasonable time frame and now my barbecue is blazing hot and ready for the summer! What a pleasant experience, so glad I went to CF&B instead of waiting months for Napoleon!

We recently had a new linear fireplace installed as part of a main floor renovation. With the knowledge and experience of Stephen to guide us thought our options, combined with the skills of Steve and support of Edward, we are very happy with the end result !
Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of a fireplace. We picked one that was not immediately in stock but Bruce found another that was better in the Ajax store that we got for the same price. Very happy with the unit. Super customer service.
