EDIT: Once again Classic Fireplace & Barbecue has EXCEEDED my expectations! After 1 month of trying to get in touch with Napoleon for a new part with no luck, I resorted to talking to the trusted Sales Rep, Bruce who mentioned he can order the part that I need with no problem. Got it in a more than reasonable time frame and now my barbecue is blazing hot and ready for the summer! What a pleasant experience, so glad I went to CF&B instead of waiting months for Napoleon! Five stars from beginning to end. I purchased a Napoleon BBQ from this fine establishment after 10 years of having a Broilmate BBQ. Spencer showed us the model that we ended up purchasing as well as the accessories for it. On the day of delivery, John and Matt were super professional. They took me through each aspect of my new grill and showed me how to operate and maintain it. Part of my gas line needed to be changed, which they not only did, but they even painted over the whole line so it looks new, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to do business with if you're looking for a BBQ or a fireplace, which we are. I would definitely do business with this company in the future.
