**Review of Gas Stove Installation** The gas fitters were prompt, professional, and efficient in their work. They completed the installation purposefully and left the area clean and tidy. They were courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. Before leaving, they ensured we fully understood how to operate the stove and its remote control. Overall, it was a great service with excellent value. Highly recommended!

my name is Ian Madill, I recently had service done on my fireplace(January2025) by technician Travis, he arrived on time and was well prepared to complete the task. He was courteous, knowledgeable and focused on completing the task. He instructed me on how to operate the remote. Unfortunately I wasn't listening. After he left I could not get it to work. So I placed a call to the company, spoke to service representative Karen. She walked through the problem and had it resolved within minutes. It is now working as described and I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Travis and Karen
