Matt came out to my house recently to clean and repair our fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He also made sure to leave the fireplace area tidy. Thanks Matt for a job well done.
I’ve visited the Queen St East location 3 Saturdays in a row, first to buy a Napoleon grill and then, to pickup a few different accessories. Each visit exceeded any service expectations - Colleen and Steve are friendly and super knowledgeable. There was never any sales pressure, just good service with a neighbourly vibe that I imagine was commonplace back before big box stores became so dominant. I am recommending this store for anyone looking for fireplaces, grills or even grill accessories.
So far over the years I’ve bought 5 gas fireplaces and 4 BBQs from this company. That pretty well says it all. On another note, I had them remove an old furnace and cap all the gas as well as install several new gas lines. The price, service and attention to detail are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful like Steve who works at the Queen Street Store. I have recommended them to several of my friends and patients. I give them 5 stars overall. Good people doing good things.

I was a walk-in and found this store on Google. I must say Cliff (store manager) and the store staff was super nice and welcoming. Cliff spent a good chunk of his time explaining and educating us on what to look for when purchasing a bbq grill. This type of service and passion for their product you won't see at a Home Depot or any big box store. I bought the Rogue 525 SE SIB grill and the delivery staff assembled and took the time to show us around the BBQ. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely back for all my BBQ and fireplace needs. These guys are awesome - highly recommend them!
